As per allegations levelled by complainant Harpal Singh, petitioner-Dilbagh Singh alongwith non-applicants/accused Taranjit Singh, Ramandeep Kaur and Kuldip Kaur had received a sum of Rs.2.02 lacs for sending his son Navjot Singh to Malaysia on work permit. He was, however, sent on tourist visa only. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that co-accused Taranjit Singh has already been granted bail; from the allegations no offence is made out; the petitioner has joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required. CRM-M 13138/2015 Singh submits that co-accused Ramandip Kaur and Kuljit Kaur have been found innocent and the petitioner has joined investigation. In view of the statements made at the Bar by learned counsel for the parties, interim protection/bail granted vide order dated 29.4.2015 is made absolute.
