(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to official respondents to transfer investigation in FIR No. 10 dated 04.02.2015 under Sections 302, 323, 342, 367, 148 and 149 IPC and Sections 3/4 of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Police Station Sekhwan, District Batala to CBI or some other department or independent agency or Crime Branch with further direction to take appropriate action against respondents no. 4 to 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after commitment of the case, Session Court has taken cognizance against respondents no. 4 to 6 in terms of Section 193 Cr.P.C. It is further submitted that despite dismissal of the application for anticipatory bail these respondents have not put in appearance. In view of the above and prayer made by the petitioner, no further indulgence of this Court is required and the instant petition is disposed of as such.
