(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is for quashing of FIR No.170 dated 08.11.2024 registered under Sections 118(1), 191(3), 190 of BNS, 2023 at Police Station City Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 20.01.2025 (Annexure P-3) Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh petition, after impleading all the accused persons.
