(ORAL) Counsel for respondent No.3 informs this Court that the total amount of default payment was Rs.34 lacs and pursuant to the order dated 16.03.2021, the petitioners have deposited an amount of Rs.10 lacs.

Counsel for the petitioners states that the remaining amount of default payment of Rs.24 lacs will be deposited in two installments, i.e. one in June, 2021 and the second one in September, 2021. Keeping in view the harsh conditions prevailing in the family as well as COVID-19 situation prevailing in the Country and NEETU RANI 2021.04.23 12:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document PHHC

since the counsel for the petitioners on instructions from the petitioners informed that the remaining amount of Rs.24 lacs will be paid in two installments, one in June, 2021 and another in September, 2021, this petition at this stage is being disposed of by giving direction to respondent No.3 to regularize the non-performing accounts of the Petitioners after the whole payment of Rs.34 lacs is made by the petitioners in September, 2021 and if there is any default in making the payment, then respondent No.3 can take steps in accordance with law under the SARFAESI Act, 2002. The petitioners shall pay their monthly installments as well, at the same time.
