" 1"2"3" Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act and the same are pending in the Courts at Guru Har Sahai, District Ferozepur. In
these circumstances, it is submitted that it is difficult for the applicant to defend the divorce petition, at a distance of 90 kilometres, from the place of her residence. As such, a prayer has been made for transfer of the case, pending at Family Court Moga, to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Guru Har Sahai, District Ferozepur.
On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondent, while making reference to the reply, filed by way of affidavit of the respondent, submits that there was concealment of major operations undergone by the applicant, at the time of matrimonial alliance. Also, it is submitted that the respondent is a working person and looking after his aged parents as well. In the given circumstances, it is submitted that it is difficult for him also, to attend the Court proceedings, if the case is transferred. . #% "# %

Guru Har Sahai, District Ferozepur and the divorce petition has been filed at the instance of the respondent at Moga. Also, the applicant has already filed petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C., as well as the petition under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, which are pending in the Courts at Guru Har Sahai, District Ferozepur. Even, the applicant is a housewife and having no source of earning. In view of the aforesaid fact situation and also considering the distance of about 90 kilometres, where the divorce petition has been filed,
