At this stage, Mr. Gauravdeep Singh Dhaliwal, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. Learned State counsel submits that pursuant to service of an advance copy of the petition, some brief enquiries were made and respondent No.4 - Praveen Kumar, from whom the petitioner apprehends threat, has furnished an affidavit to the effect that he and other members of his family shall not cause any harm to the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid position, this Court does not find any ground to issue any direction as prayed for. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
