RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a direction to respondent No. 3, to arrest Jagdev Singh @ Kaku and his son Jaspreet Singh, father and brother of main accused Manpreet Singh @ Manni, arrested in case FIR No. 10 dated 18.02.2018, under Section 380 IPC, Police Station Balianwali, District Bathinda, for murder of petitioner's young son-Gurpreet Singh. On instructions from ASI Joginder Singh, learned State counsel submits that this petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that final report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. has been filed against the main accused, namely; Manpreet Singh @ Manni. He further submits that supplementary challan declaring co-accused-Jagdev Singh @ Kaku and Jaspreet Singh, father and brother of the main accused, as innocent has also been filed.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
