R.P. NAGRATH, J. (ORAL) After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner withdraws the instant petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

The petitioner is in custody for the past about 2 years and only one witness has been examined by the prosecution. The prosecution through learned State counsel is directed to produce all the witnesses in short dates which may be fixed by the trial Court. It is further directed that the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala would monitor the service of witnesses. The trial Court is also directed to conclude the prosecution evidence within 6 months from the next date to be fixed after 02.05.2015.
