CRM-M-8741-2019 Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to protect the life, liberty and property of the petitioner and his family members as respondents No.4 to 7 are threatening him and tried to illegally encroach upon his plot despite the fact that they have lost the litigation before the Civil Court and thereafter, in appeal before DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2019.08.22 14:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Criminal Misc. No. M-8741 of 2019 (O&M) the learned lower Appellate Court and this Court as well. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the redressal of his grievance, petitioner made an application/representation dated 03.01.2019 before respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Palwal, but the same remained unattended by now.

In view of above, present petition stands disposed of with the directions to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Palwal to look into application/representation dated 03.01.2019 (Annexure P3) in the light of the decision rendered by both the learned Courts below and this Court as well and take the required action thereon, if any, as per law.
