Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Luldhiana where cancellation report in the matter had been submitted on 11.09.2017. Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that despite having filed cancellation report for a period over one and half years, the learned Judicial Magistrate has not passed any order. Notice of motion.
