(ORAL) Through instant petition under Sections 482 and 483 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing complaint No.COMI/312/2017 dated 25.05.2017 titled as "Sarvesh Mathur v. M/s PricewaterhouseCoopers Private Limited and others" under Section 200 Cr.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gurugram. Heard.

Having given thoughtful consideration to the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain the instant petition inasmuch as impugned complaint is an earnest effort of respondent No.2-complainant to unearth the alleged tax evasion of different kinds, amounting to several hundred crores of rupees of various regulatory authorities by petitioner, a multinational company, running its business in RAVINDER SINGH 2019.03.06 12:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In case, the trial Court at any stage comes to the conclusion that any further probe needs to be conducted against the petitioner, it is given liberty to recommend any appropriate regulatory authoritys to enquire into the allegations levelled by respondent No.2, against the petitioner and act in accordance with law.
