(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 183 dated 19.12.2015 under Sections 354-D, 323, 506, 34 IPC and Section 3(11) of SC/ST Act, registered at Police Station Shahzadpur, District Ambala. Learned counsel for the respondent-State at the very outset submits that the matter has since been investigated. In fact, the challan has been presented, charges have been framed and the prosecution is leading its evidence.
