(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 41 of 19.03.2016, under Sections 376D/420/450/506 IPC, registered at P.S. Bawani Khera, Distt. Bhiwani. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Brij Bala, has informed the Court that the petitioner has joined the investigation on 16.07.2016 and custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no longer required. Further it has been informed that marriage of the complainant and the petitioner was performed on 29.01.2015, after recording the statement of the Priest. In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 24.05.2016 passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute.

The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh bail bonds after GAURAV ARORA 2016.07.
