PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case F.I.R. No.26, dated 16th of January, 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Hathin, District Palwal.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was declared as proclaimed offender on 20th of July, 2016 and is in custody since 4th of January, 2023 after having been arrested. 3.
Counsel refers to judgment dated 22nd of March, 2017 whereby co-accused of the petitioner who faced trial stand acquitted by the Trial Court. Counsel further submits that in other matters also being faced by the petitioner he stands admitted to regular bail. 4.

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Trial Court/Duty Magistrate concerned. 6.
