The petitioners have approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No.39 dated 13.3.2017 at Police Station Shahzadpur, District Ambala under Sections 148, 149, 323, 325, 341, 427, 506 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of SC/ST Act, wherein the petitioners have been summoned with the aid of Section 319 Cr.P.C. vide order dated 17.2.2021 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ambala. 2.

On 22.3.2021, the following order was passed in CRM-8340 of 2021 in CRM-M-11605 of 2021:

( 2 ) CRM-M-11605-2021 (O&M) "In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and it is directed that in case the applicants/petitioners surrender before the Trial Court within a period of 10 days from today, the Trial Court shall release the applicants/petitioners on interim bail subject to their furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to its satisfaction."

Learned State counsel representing the petitioners have stated at the bar that the petitioners have appeared before the Trial Court on 1.4.2021 and have been appearing thereafter regularly.

In view of the aforestated position, wherein the petitioners were summoned with the aid of Section 319 Cr.P.C., it goes without saying that there would not be any case for custodial interrogation.
