Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.10 dated 01.02.2015 registered under Sections 406, 498-A and 323 of Indian Penal Code at Police Station Women Cell, District Ludhiana.
Admittedly, the challan has not been presented so far. To interfere at this stage would amount to interference in the investigation.
Dismissed as premature.
However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh petition after presentation of challan.
