(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners stated that he does not want to pursue the petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 05 dated 27.05.2015 under Sections 406, 420, 494, 498-A, 34 of IPC, registered at Police Station NRI Patiala on the ground that the petitioners have been acquitted by the trial Court. Therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.
In view of the statement, the petition stands dismissed having become infructuous.
