(Oral) Learned counsel for the appellants states that he has not been able to contact the legal representatives of the appellants and hence could not implead the legal representatives of appellant No.1. Even costs imposed vide order dated 12.09.2020 have not been paid. Learned counsel further states that he has no instructions in the present case and the same may be dismissed for non-prosecution.

In view of the above, the present regular second appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
