Aggrieved by faulty investigation in case FIR No.326 dated 4.8.2018 under Sections 148, 149, 323, 341, 365, 506, 511 IPC and 25/27 Arms Act, P.S. City Dabwali, District Sirsa, , the petitioner has come up before this Court under Section 482 CrPC.

Despite pass over, the petitioner is still absent. 3.

State's counsel, on instructions, submits that further investigation was carried out in the FIR and later on supplementary challan has been filed. 4.

It appears that the petitioner is aware of the aforesaid development and that is why he is not appearing, which is rather not appreciable. 5.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. Any other application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court in case need so arises.
