(Oral) The grievance of petitioner is that the police is not taking any action against accused persons/private respondents in F.I.R No. 241 dated 21.11.2016 under Sections 498-A/406 IPC, P.S. Tanda District Hoshiarpur (P-1) and in this regard, she has given one representation dated 11.02.2017 (P-3).

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the representation dated 11.02.2017 (P-2) of the petitioner, in accordance with law.
