(Oral) In the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, a direction is being sought to take over strict action against the accused person in F.I.R No. 85 dated 29.06.2015, u/s 376(d)/506 IPC.

On notice, a reply has been filed by the respondents stating therein that the police had made sincere efforts to arrest the accused, who are still absconding from the village and are not residing in their houes. Accused Saddam was arrested on 08.06.2016 and the police had conducted the numerous raids and but the accused were not found present. The investigating officer has also procured arrest warrant from the Illaqa Magistrate and 27.07.2016 is the date fixed for appearance of the accused. Keeping in view the fact that the police had made sincere efforts to arrest the accused, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
