***** RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J (ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to the respondents to submit the final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.149 dated 23.09.2018 under Section 177 IPC and Section 12(1)(B) of the Passport Act, 1967, registered at Police Station City, Hoshiarpur.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Deepak Kumar, has submitted before this Court that the investigation is complete and the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has been filed. The petitioner has also prayed in this petition for granting protection to her life and liberty and her minor daughter. So far as the said prayer is concerned, State is directed to ensure the protection of life and liberty of the petitioner and her minor daughter.
