After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be contended and satisfied in case, he be permitted to raise all the points taken up in the petition at the time of final hearing before the trial Court.
CBI counsel has no objection to the same.
The prayer being innocuous and the same is allowed.
Given above, the present petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitoner to raise all the points taken up in the petition at the time of final hearing and the trial Court shall refer to all the points which brought to his notice at the time of final hearing.

It is clarified that the petitioner and the CBI shall not seek any unnecessary adjournment. In case, the petitioner does so, then this order shall be recalled automatically without any further reference to this Court.
