On 10.02.2020, the following order was passed:- "Being an older matter, notice be issued to the parties as well as their counsel, returnable for 19.03.2020." 2.

Thereafter, on 15.12.2022, the following order was passed:- "It has been brought to the notice of this Court that the counsel representing the appellant has since expired. Let notice be issued to the appellant for 20.04.2023." 3.

As per the office report, appellant No.1(i) is dead. 4.
