***** SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA , J (ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for transferring the investigation in case FIR No.61 dated 25.10.2018 under Sections 354-A, 406 and 498-A IPC, registered at Women Police Station, District Panchkula to any other independent agency.

In this petition, the petitioner has come before this Court for changing the investigation, it is informed by learned State counsel that the Investigating Officer has submitted a failure cancellation report before the concerned Area Magistrate who has accepted the report and closed the matter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no notice was given to the petitioner about the said facts of submitting the negative final report.

If the petitioner still has any grievance, he may challenge the order in revision before the competent Court, however, at this stage, no orders can be passed with regard to changing of investigation once the final report has been submitted by the concerned Area Magistrate. Status report, if any, with regard to the aforesaid facts may be filed by the concerned learned State counsel. Accordingly, leaving it to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Area Magistrate, the present petition is disposed of.
