RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners in case FIR No.105 dated 11.10.2017 registered under Sections 307, 506, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act at Police Station Kathu Nangal, Amritsar. On instructions from investigating officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 06.04.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
