#$ !% Report dated 28.10.2015 of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sri Muktsar Sahib has been received based on the statements of complainant Jagsir Singh, who happens to be complainant in the FIR case as well as the private complaint case, whereby he has relied upon compromise deed Ex.C1 to testify that he has compromised the matter in both the cases.      Singh, who are accused in both the cases, have also testified before the Court. As per the report, the Court has shown its satisfaction that the compromise Ex.C1 has been arrived at voluntarily, out of free will of the parties, without any undue influence, coercion or pressure. Heard.

In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, the facts in both the matters being akin to each other and the compromise is between the same set of complainant and the accused parties and that parties are co7villagers and that admittedly it is a non7injury case and the application of offence under Section 307 IPC attraction is a debatable issue, together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in ironing out differences for betterment of future life of the parties as it will promote amity, goodwill and peace in the village, and in the light of law laid down in &'()"')*+,"-(-. /)0(1()2()-+.3   $4%   $3'5')(6% 4 and &7/68')2.3 "')*+ ()2 -+.39 , "-(-.  /)0(1 ()2 ()-+.3

# the prayer made in both these petitions is allowed, proceedings by way of Complaint No.472 dated 22.11.2008 as well as FIR No.91 dated 13.06.2008 registered at Police Station Sadar Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib under Sections 307/452/326/323/324/148/149 IPC and Section 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act and all consequences arising out of the said complaint and the FIR qua the petitioners are quashed. The petitions stand allowed in those terms.
