(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 140 dated 27.03.2017 under Sections 323, 406, 498-A, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station City Yamuna Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar. The parties are present in Court today and they have resolved their differences to give their marriage another chance. The complainant, who was present in Court on 10.05.2018 had gone back with the petitioner herein along with their minor child. Thereafter, the matter was kept pending in this Court to see whether the parties could cohabit peacefully and the matter was adjourned for 16.07.2018 and t hereafter adjhourned onece again for 14.09.2018.
Today, this Court is informed that the parties along with their minor child are residing together happily.
