(Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in FIR No.56 dated 21.02.2018 registered under Sections 435, 436 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Sector 36, Chandigarh. The operative part of the order dated 17.05.2018 vide which bail was granted to the petitioner, reads as under:- "In the present case, as per allegation three Auto Rickshaws and one Motorcycle were allegedly burnt by the unknown person on the relevant night.

The petitioner was arrested on 23.02.2018.

Learned State counsel submits that he is not ready with the relevant case diary from which the available material, if any, against the petitioner could be scrutinized.

To come up on 23.08.2018, for further orders. In the meantime, considering the long detention suffered by the petitioner, he is ordered to be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Ld. Trial Court/Ld. Area Magistrate." Custody Certificate filed in the Court is taken on record. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Rambir, submits that the petitioner is regularly attending the trial.
