**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 193 dated 9.10.2016 registered at Police Station Alewa, District Jind under Sections 328, 498-A, 304-B, 314 IPC.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 31.10.2016 and all the material witnesses have not supported the prosecution version.
State counsel affirms this fact and submits that 17 witnesses out of 22 have been examined.
In view of the above and without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing local surety and adequate bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
