Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to accused petitioner Surinder Singh, who has been summoned as additional accused on an application under Section 319 Cr.PC to face trial in case FIR No.65 dated 12.6.2012 under Sections 323,324,325,308,427 and 34 IPC, PS Kartarpur,Distt.Jalandhar.

It was submitted that petitioner was not named in the FIR and was also found innocent during investigation. Vide order dated 28.4.2016 while issuing notice of motion it was directed that in the event of petitioner putting in appearance before the trial Court on 12.5.2016,the date already fixed, he will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the said Court.

At the time of hearing today,learned counsel states that in compliance of the said order, petitioner surrendered before the trial court on 12.5.2016 and was released on interim bail.
