PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of concession of regular bail to the petitioner in a case arising from FIR No.338 dated 28.06.2011 registered under Sections 420/467/468/471/120-B IPC at Police Station Civil Line, Rohtak, District Rohtak.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is behind bars since 11.11.2014. No PW has been examined so far. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that trial would not be concluded in near future, petitioner can be granted concession of bail. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed. Petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds, to the satisfaction of Trial Court/Duty Magistrate, Rohtak.
