(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.58 dated 17.03.2018, under Sections 409 and 420 IPC, registered at Police Station Cheeka, District Kaithal. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that in terms of order dated 06.04.2018, the petitioner has joined the investigation on 18.04.2018 and his custodial interrogation is no longer required in this case.
The above factual position is duly acknowledged by learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Karamvir Singh, by submitting that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required any more.
