***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) By way of filing this petition, the petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No. 7 dated 16.1.2019 at Police Station City-I, District Mansa under Section 61 of Punjab Excise Act. The allegations, in nutshell, are that the petitioner was found in possession of 300 bottles of country-made liquor. The petitioner has been behind bars since the last 1 month and 17 days. Having regard to the nature of allegations and the custody period, the petition is accepted and the petitioner Harpal Singh @ Pali is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned trial Court/Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate concerned.
