(ORAL) This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 58 dated 26.03.2004 registered under Sections 3/8 and 5/8 of the Cow Slaughter Act at Police Station Nagina, District Mewat.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the paper-book quite carefully.
The petitioner was declared as proclaimed offender in the year 2005.
In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Court concerned and apply for regular bail.
On moving such and application within 10 days from today, the Court concerned shall decide the same within 4 days. In case, the requisite application not filed and petitioner fails to surrender within 10 days, the concession aforesaid shall automatically stand vacated.
