*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the adverse remarks for the years 1985-86 to 199798 conveyed to the petitioner vide letter dated 25.02.1999 (Annexure P-4) and also quashing the order dated 09.08.2001 (Annexure P-17) whereby the promotion has been denied to the petitioner. 2.

Petition was admitted on 21.08.2002.

On Court's query, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner died during the pendency of the petition and he made attempts to contact his LRs and despite that they have not responded to him. 4.

In the premise, it appears that on account of death of the petitioner, his LRs have lost interest in pursuing the writ petition. 5.
