Mr.Kirat Singh Sidhu,DAG Punjab Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.16 dated 6.3.2016 for offence punishable under Section 420 IPC,PS Balianwali,Distt.Bathinda.

Nine complainants are alleged to have been duped for various amounts totaling a sum of Rs.2,30,500/- by the petitioneraccused on the false pretext of securing a job in the Health Department by projecting herself to be close to the Badal family. Vide order dated 29.4.2016 notice of motion was issued for today.

At the time of hearing today,learned counsel for the petitioner states that present petition has become infructuous since the petitioner stands arrested.

Dismissed as infructuous.
