Sandeep Singh v. State Of Punjab
CRM-M 14322/2016
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB & HARYANA
AT CHANDIGARH Date of decision:03/05/2016.
Sandeep Singh ............Petitioner vs State of Punjab .............Respondent CORAM:- HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.Sandeep Arora,Advocate for the petitioner. Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.114 dated 4.9.2013,under Sections 451,323,201,34 IPC, PS Chhajli, District Sangrur.
Petitioner was enlarged on bail, which was later on cancelled due to his absence on as many as six dates i.e. 18.7.2015,28.8.2015, 3.2.2015, 17.11.2015, 3.2.2016 and 2.3.2016 and proclamation proceedings initiated.
It is contended that petitioner firstly forgot the date and thereafter due to his illness could not appear. After hearing the learned counsel, no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out.
The conduct of the petitioner, as noticed above, does not entitles him for grant of indulgence by this Court since he took the court proceedings in a very casual manner.
Dismissed.
