PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of concession of regular bail to the petitioner in a case arising from FIR No.513 dated 18.09.2014 registered under Sections 148/149/323/325/283/341/382/435/506/216, Section 3/33/89 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Section 25/54/59 of the Arms Act, 1989 at Police Hodal, District Palwal.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is behind bars since 28.09.2014. Allegations against the petitioner are only with regard to uttering derogatory words against the complainant. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that trial would not be concluded in near future, petitioner can be granted concession of bail.
