*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Gurjinder Singh has affirmed the factum of joining investigation by the petitioner and submits that the recovery of wires has also been effected from the accused. Accordingly, interim order dated 05.04.2018 passed by this Court in favour of the petitioner is made absolute. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
