Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.114 dated 6.4.2016 under Sections 384,386, 506, 323,120-B IPC,PS City Barnala.

As per allegations of the prosecution the petitioner alongwith five other accused formed a gang and is involved in extortion of money from unsuspecting persons by black mailing them on the pretext of false allegations of rape by clicking their photographs and also publishing in newspapers.

After arguing for sometime and having failed to convince the Court,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
