**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The petitioner was appointed as Extension Lecturer in Commerce on 01.09.2014 by duly constituted selection committee and she worked up to 14.08.2016. She was relieved on joining of regularly selected candidate. Her experience certificate is at Annexure P-2.
The grievance of the petitioner is that she has given a representation / application dated 28.06.2017/26.02.2018 (Annexure P-4) stating therein that she be allowed to join if workload is available. Reference has been made to letter dated 28.01.2019 (P-9) wherein at Sr. No. 110, 11 posts are still lying vacant in Commerce in respondent No. 3-College.
Issue notice of motion On asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is being disposed of by giving direction to respondent No. 3 to look into representation / application dated 28.06.2017/26.02.2018 (Annexure P-4) and pass appropriate orders, in view of letter dated 28.01.2019 (P-9) in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
