RSA No.1014 of 1993 (O&M) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that despite his best efforts, he has not been able to get in touch with the legal representatives of the sole appellant.

In this view of the matter, the instant appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.

However, liberty is granted to the legal representatives of sole appellant to revive the present appeal in case any cause still survives.
