**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking directions for transfer of investigation of FIR No. 20150001 dated 21.3.2015 registered under Section 506 IPC and Section 4 of Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, at Police Station Sector-14, Panchkula to CBI or any other independent agency.

On the last date of hearing, State had filed their affidavit stating that cancellation report had been filed in the Court on 16.12.2017. In view of this, the petition becomes infructuous. Dismissed as infructuous.
