The present regular second appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 28.09.1992 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Sangrur whereby the appeal against the judgment and decree dated 15.01.1988 passed by learned Sub Judge 1st Class, Sunam was dismissed. 2.

None had appeared for the appellant on 09.09.2022, 30.09.2022 and 22.12.2022 and thus, on the last date, notice was issued to the parties. 3.

As per office report, notice issued to the appellant has been received back served through LDC. However, there is no representation on his behalf, despite the case having been called out twice. 4.

It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
