-.- JAISHREE THAKUR J. (ORAL) The main petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.55 dated 19.10.2018 under Section 376(2)(n) and 506 (added later on) IPC registered at Women Police Station, Hansi, District Hansi. The main case is now listed for 15.05.2020.

Since the petitioner vide misc. application seeks to withdraw the main case itself, the matter is preoponed and taken up for hearing today itself. The application is allowed and the main petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
