**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing criminal complaint No.1051/2014 dated 16.07.2014 (Annexure P-1) and the summoning order dated 25.10.2016 (Annexure P-2) passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Amritsar along with all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioners have been acquitted by the Court below. He prays for withdrawal of the petition.
