RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) By way of this petition, the petitioner has impugned the order dated 14.10.2019 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Kurukshetra, vide which interim maintenance to the respondents has been granted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both, the petitioner and the respondent have settled their dispute and thus, no cause of action survives for adjudication of this petition. He has also placed on record compromise dated 29.04.2022, which is taken on record. In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
