Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from Head Constable Lakhwir Singh, Police Station Samalsar, Moga, submits hat only five witnesses are left to be examined and the next date of hearing is 5.5.2015. Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not intend to press this petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed, at this stage.
