**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 111dated 26.1.2020 under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Dhand, District Kaithal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the money was handed over to the petitioner but the same was further handed over to a third person and the allegations against the petitioner are totally false. Rather, it was the petitioner who was kidnapped by the complainant party.

On the other hand, learned State counsel has submitted that the petitioner was arrested at the spot and recovery has been effected. He further submits that challan has been presented and now the case is fixed for 23.9.2020 for framing of charge.

CRM-M No. 9086 of 2020 -2In the present case, the allegations against the petitioner are that he, in connivance with other co-accused, duped the complainant to the tune of Rs. 25.00 lacs on the pretext of delivering a gold brick to him. However, on checking, the said gold brick was found to be fake. The allegations against the petitioner are serious in nature. No ground for bail to the petitioner is made out. Dismissed.
